I've spent 11 years advising buyers and investors in Mumbai, Navi Mumbai and Pune, and in that time I've helped more than 100 of them acquire homes, commercial space and land. I work only with Grade A developers, because a project is only as good as the developer's record of delivering it.

My clients are private investors, families, family offices, companies and NRIs. Most of them want the same three things: an honest view of the risks, documentation they can hand to their lawyers and tax advisors, and one person who handles the transaction from the first conversation to registration.

I also research and publish on how the region is changing, from metro lines and new towns to commercial corridors, because the best decisions are made before the infrastructure is finished, not after.
